At Ranfer Group, we are committed to delivering our products quickly and efficiently to your doorstep across Sri Lanka. We work with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure deliveries. However, please note that some delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) are usually shipped on the same business day.

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM IST will typically be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Our delivery partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays in Sri Lanka.

Delivery Partners

We primarily work with trusted local partners such as PickMe and Uber for domestic deliveries within Sri Lanka.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days to most areas in Sri Lanka.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and external conditions.
