Refund policy

Ranfer Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind after dispatch and wish to return your order, please send the products back to us for a full refund.

  • Please note: We do not refund postage costs for non-faulty items.

  • To initiate a return: Email us at ranfer@ranfer.com with the subject line “Cancel my order” within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Return process:

    • Ship the products back at your expense using a courier service with tracking.

    • Provide the tracking number to our Customer Service team.

    • Ensure items are unused, unopened, with all seals and packaging intact.

  • Refund timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method. If this isn't possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

  • Include with your return: A note showing your name, order date, and invoice number. Ship to our Customer Service address below.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 3 days of receipt with the subject “Cancel my order”.

  • Return the item within 7 days, using a tracked courier. Share the tracking number with us. We will replace the product once received.
