Ranfer Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind after dispatch and wish to return your order, please send the products back to us for a full refund.

Please note: We do not refund postage costs for non-faulty items.

To initiate a return: Email us at ranfer@ranfer.com with the subject line “Cancel my order” within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Return process:

Ship the products back at your expense using a courier service with tracking.

Provide the tracking number to our Customer Service team.

Ensure items are unused, unopened, with all seals and packaging intact.

Refund timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method. If this isn't possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Include with your return: A note showing your name, order date, and invoice number. Ship to our Customer Service address below.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 3 days of receipt with the subject “Cancel my order”.

Return the item within 7 days, using a tracked courier. Share the tracking number with us. We will replace the product once received.
