"Weight loss studies claim that the polyphenol content of green tea has antioxidant properties that can help prevent cancer. There is also the suggestion that it can increase endurance by improving metabolism."

Recent research shows any tea derived from the leaf of a warm-weather evergreen known as Carmellia sinensis (green tea) has cancer-fighting properties. From the least processed green teas to the fully processed black teas, all teas contain polyphenols, which, like other antioxidants, slow the chain reaction of cell damage called 'oxidative stress'.

Although oxygen is vital to life, it's also incorporated into reactive substances called free radicals. These can damage the cells in the body and have been implicated in the slow chain reaction of damage leading to heart disease and cancer.

Ranfer offers the most traditionally consumed beverage in the world. Currently, it is becoming the world's most commonly consumed beverage. This is important news, since tea offers important health benefits underestimated by many.
